- Willing to be relocated
- Minimum 3 years experience of system administration experience on Ms. Windows Operating System platforms
- Hold Microsoft MCSE/MCSA 2003 or SCSA (Sun Certified System Administrator) would be an advantage
- Having relevant hands-on experience in Windows Server Product (Win 2000 server, Win 2003 server, DNS, Exchange Server & etc.) or UNIX Server product
- Having experience of the SAN and NAS
- Having relevant hands-on experience in Windows Active Directory 2000 and 2003
- Have knowledge in Remedy Application, RIS (Remote Installation Service) and TCP/IP
- Remote access technology knowledge such as dial-up and VPN
- Having experience in system administration and configuration, scripting, Shell/Perl Scripting and SMS
- Level of education: Associate Degree
- Work experience: At least 3 years
Requirements:

- Minimum 2 year corporate level helpdesk experience

- Having experience in PC hardware knowledge and configuration (laptops and desktop)
- Having experience in Remedy Helpdesk Application
- Have knowledge in Ms. Office
