BUSINESS PROCESS EXCELLENT MANAGER (BPE MGR)
Responsibilities:
Responsible to lead and monitor Business Process Excellence activities comply with company standard to align with Bogor strategic plan according to site mission with objective to achieve Lean and effective operation.

Requirements:
  • Age max. 40 years old, University degree from Pharmaceutical, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Chemical will be preferred
  • Male
  • Minimal 3 years  experience as BPE Manager and having Black Belt Certified
  • Possess at least 5-year-working-experience in pharmaceutical or consumer industry
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Able to work independently in any under pressure circumstances, strong analytical skill, systematic thinking in planning & organizing.
  • Highly self-motivated, attempt to take initiative and challenging tasks, posses good interpersonal skill and excellent communication skill.
  • To be located in Bogor.
  • Familiar with Safety Working Procedure, EHS system, LEAN, TPM, TQM, VSM, Kaizen, and FLOW.
  • Hold black belt – Six Sigma is preferable.

Area Leader Manufacturing
Qualification
  • Age maximum 27 years old.
  • Male
  • Pharmacist, having minimal 3 years  experience as Area Leader manufacturing Solid and
  • Liquid at pharmaceutical company
  • Responsible to lead and control safe packaging activities and have good knowledge about GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and understand its implementation.
  • Possess relevant background in pharmaceutical industry, at least 3 years.  Experience in solid technology area.
  • English proficiency both speaking and writing is a must. 
  • Computer literate, especially MS Office, Windows. Experience handle ERP system and Lean Manufacturing Process. 

TRAINING SPECIALIST (TS)
Job responsibility :
  • Responsible in-conjuction with Medical Support, coordinate and deliver Product Knowledge Training for  Sales Force (Medical Representative) within focused training effort on Respiratory, CNS and Pain. Responsible in-conjuction with District Sales Manager by conducting a regular Field Coaching (Joint Visit);  ensure the utilization of Net-book and analyze the effectiveness of e-detailing materials usage by Medical Representative. 
  • Collaborating with Parazelsus Indonesia (PZI) Management Sales & Marketing in order to provide training support for BI-PZI sales force . Create and maintain Training Database for all Sales&Marketing staff. Furthermore, a Training Executive also needs to take lead on special project as assigned by Commercial Excellence & Training Manager.
Requirements :
  • Age max. 32 years old
  • Bachelor Degree any major from reputable University with GPA min. 3.00.
  • Having min. 2 years experience in training with pharmaeutical industry background (preferably Ethical business)
  • Excellent english proficiency both verbal and written.
  • Having great communication skills,self-driven, multi-oriented, and able to work independently and in team
  • Strong Ms.Office Proficiency (Word, Power point, and Excel), able to create and develop training module.
  • Willing to travel all around Indonesia.

PLANT DIRECTOR SECRETARY (PDS) 
Responsibilities:
Responsible to conduct routine secretarial and administration work and other assigned activities at the Plant division within corporate guidelines and correspondence standard format with the objective to support Plant Director and all relevant Divisional staffs to better focus on high priority business issues. This position also responsible for handling and managing petty cash.

Requirements:
  • Age max. 30 years old, min. Diploma from reputable secretarial academy.
  • Possess 3 years experience in relevant position.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrate excellent computer skill (MS Office) and good typing skill.
  • Able to work independently in any under pressure circumstances.
  • Highly self-motivated, attempt to take initiative and challenging tasks, posses good interpersonal skill and excellent communication skill.
  • To be located in Bogor

LEGAL & COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST
Responsibilities :
The job holder is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Legal departmentin Legal and Compliance area, provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks, including : compliance framework, compliance training, compliance control and reporting, escalation of non compliance practices.

Job descriptions :
  • Male/Female age max.35 years old, min.Bachelors Degree(S1) from reputable University, preferably from Legal major.
  • Preferably having experience in Legal and Compliance Officer field in Multi and National Company as Officer/Legal Assistant/Secretary (preferably from Pharmaceutical company)
  • Having excellentgood english both speaking and writing ability.

MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE (MR)
Qualifications :
  • Age max. 30 years old, Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree from any major with GPA min. 2.50 from reputable University.
  • Min.1 year experience as Medical Representative (preferably from Multinational Pharmaceutical Company), especially handling metabolic and cardiovascular products.
  • Having great communication skill, interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, and having valid C driving license, computer literate (Ms Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) and good proficiency in English will be an advantage.
  • Willing to be placed to all around capital in Indonesia.(Jakarta, Semarang, Purwekerto, Manado, Lampung, Pontianak, Medan, Padang, Palembang, Balikpapan, Samarinda, Banjarmasin, Makassar, NAD)
