Continuing on their plan of expansion, on October 2008, Lotte obtained PT Makro Indonesia. PT Makro Indonesia ran 19 stores in Indonesia. This was also the first time Korean retail entered the Indonesian market.

OVERVIEW

Lotte Mart is a hypermarket in Asia that sells a variety of groceries, clothing, toys, electronics, and other goods. Lotte Mart is a division of the Lotte Co., Ltd. which is one of the most prevalent food and shopping services in South Korea and Japan. Lotte Mart, part of the Korean conglomerate "Lotte", opened its first branch at Guui-dong, GangByeon, Seoul, Korea on April 1, 1998. In 2006, Lotte Mart opened its first overseas branch. As of August 8, 2011, Lotte Mart has 199 branches. (In Korea 92 branches, In China 82 branches, In Indonesia 23 branches, In Vietnam 2 branches). The brands that Lotte created and sell include Herbon, Wiselect, Withone, Basicicon, Tasse Tasse, and Gerard Darel.

Two years after graduating Waseda Jitsugyo High School Lotte was established in June 1948, in Tokyo by Korean businessman and Lotte Chairman, Shin Kyuk-Ho. Shin named his company after a character called Charlotte in the novel The Sorrows of Young Werther (1774) by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. After the Korean War, in 1965 the relationship between Korea and Japan began to stabilize. Shin Kyuk-Ho launched Lotte Confectionary in Korea on April 3, 1967. Since launching Lotte Confectionary, the Lotte Company has expanded its business and now contains more than 60 business units, employing 60,000 people.

Responsibilities:
The incumbent would be responsible to assist the Director on his itinerary, including report preparation and other documentary activities. It is required to be proactive so all processes related to Director and his team would professionally managed

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (3 years) in Secretarial, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
Preferably graduated from LPK Tarakanita for candidate with Diploma (3 years) in Secretarial
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point are a must
Comprehend with perfect English, understand Korean is a plus

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
The Assistant Accounting Manager of our Company will be in charge to assist the Accounting Manager in following activities but not limited to developing financial reporting process for internal and external use (auditor), coordinate and monitor financial budget and book keeping, coordinate with other division to ensure to comply Company's accounting & financial procedures.

Requirements:

Candidate must posses minimum a bachelor degree, preferably holds a master degree in related fields from a prominent university
Currently holds a possition an Assistant Accounting Manager in a large scale publicly listed or multinational Company
Has minimum 5 years experience in related field with strong exposure in dealing wih Big 4 Accounting Firms
Fluent in English both in written and verbal

Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be positioned on a team lead by Senior Audit Manager and assisting the superior in maintaining good corporate governance across company's operation through audit and forensic accounting.

Requirements:

Strong experience as a Retail Internal Auditor Manager
Preferably has experience of the "Big Four" Accounting firms
Minimum education is a Bachelor Degree in Accounting with min. GPA 3.00 from reputable universities
Familiar with ACL / IDEA software would be a plus
Having a good command of English, understand Korean is more preferable
Working knowledge of personal computers including word processing, database and spreadsheet applications

Merchandise Manager for Meat Product (code: BYFF) - Jakarta Timur

Responsibilities:
The incumbent would be responsible for retail merchandising process of meat product for Lotte retail & wholesale business. He / she must have a comprehensive knowledge in meat products to fulfill product range and services to Lotte valuable customers. Therefore, strong business sense and strong analytical skills are important to take care of this responsibility especially to look further beyond numbers on Profit and Loss report.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate would posses these following criterias:

He / she must hold a minimum bachelor degree from a prominent university with minimum GPA of 3.00
Experienced in merchandising process of meat product category at least for 5 years in managerial level
Preferably the candidates' age is not more than 35 years old
Having a good command of Englsih in both verbal and written

Senior Technician / Engineer (code: SSFE) - Jakarta

Responsibilities:
A Senior Technician / Engineer (Building Management) in charge and responsible for:

Electronic and mechanical equipment supporting the operational store (Chiller, Air conditioning, Electrical Store, etc.)
Efficient use of power resources
Identification of damage and initial repairs to the damage of electronic and mechanical support store operations
Mastering the process of identifying the problem of construction

Requirements:
Candidates Senior Technician / Engineer (Building Maintenance) has ideal qualifications:

Preferably experience as a Senior Technician / Engineer (Building Maintenance) in the Retail Industry (Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Dept. Store, etc.) and the like at least for 3 years
Minimum education Diploma majoring in civil engineering, electrical or mechanical
Men and women with the ideal age maximum 27 years
High-spirited leadership
Intelligent, able to work together in teams, honest, and reliable
Mastering the use of computers and its applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Chief Engineer of Mechanical, Electrical, & Civil (code: CEMC) - Jakarta

Responsibilities:
The incumbent will assist the day-to-day Project Manager's activities in dealing with but not limited to construction repair and maintenance, store engineers, cold room maintenance, third party relations, etc.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably has strong exposure in managing repair and maintenance for electrical and civil works, and cold room
At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in managerial level
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in technical field, Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or equivalent, with GPA above 3.00 from top private or public universities.
Preferably experienced in coordinating / supervising in high rise building or equivalent.
Possess strong leadership skill.

Property / Building Manager (HOPM) - Jakarta

Responsibilities:
The incumbent would be responsible to be incharge on one of LOTTE Mart's malls. He / she must assess mall utilization, and efficiency rating, long term / short term development plan based on mall's location. In addition, along with strong leadership, he / she must lead maintenance, finance, event & promotions team in the mall management.

Requirements:

He / she must hold a minimum bachelor degree from a prominent university with minimum GPA of 3.00
Experienced in professional building management for minimum 5 years on managerial level
Preferably candidates' age is not more than 35 years old
Strong leadership to lead building management team
Focus on customers & stakeholders' satisfactions
Strong ability to maintain effective working relations with user agencies, businesses and vendors and communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
Working knowledge of personal computers including word processing, database and spreadsheet applications
