BCA Finance established in 1981 under the name PT Central Sari Metropolitan Leasing Corporation (CSML). At its inception, the Company's shareholders are PT Bank Central Asia and Japan Leasing Corporation. At that time the company was still focused on commercial finance business, such as the financing of production machinery, heavy equipment and transportation.

Based on the Decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia No. 441/KMK.017/1995 dated 14 September 1995 and the Decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia No. KEP-034/KM.5/2006 dated February 20, 2006, the Company obtained a renewal of business permits in the business of financial institutions so that the Company may conduct business as financial institutions that includes leasing, factoring, credit card business and consumer financing.

In the field of finance, to date the Company still remains focused on the automobile financing sector. From time to time BCA Finance continually seeks to improve the Company's market share, either with implementation of appropriate strategies, to expand the opening of new branches and by always providing the best service to its customers. BCA Finance network marketing is relatively broad, up to December 2009, the Company has 36 business networks that have been scattered in 32 cities and 20 provinces throughout Indonesia.

Job description:

Perform administrative functions in support of operational activities in order to run smoothly and neatly managed administrative activities, structured and in accordance with applicable procedures.
