PT Pertamina Dana Ventura (PDV) is a subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero).
Foundation established in 1975 under the name YATAPENA renamed several times until in 2002 turned into a Limited Company, named PT. Pertamina Saving & Investment (PSI) and finally on December 30, 2004 changed to PT. Pertamina Dana Ventura (PDV).
Company's main business areas of venture capital financing is to carry out general and specialized venture capital. Public venture capital financing is a revenue sharing partnership with the Company's Pet Business (PPU) in the form of providing funds for projects that are owned by the PPU. While venture capital financing is a special collaboration for the results with workers' cooperatives in the Pertamina Group in the form of providing funds for the implementation of Program Kesejahteraan Pekerja Pertamina (PKPP) are held to meet the various needs of workers in the environment Pertamina Group.
At this time still recorded actively working with the company there are about 26 PPU and 31 Worker Cooperatives scattered throughout the work area and includes 7000's Pertamina PKPP participants. With total assets above Rp. 1 trillion is highly liquid and health levels are always maintained at healthy levels ("AA" rating based on Pertamina's Subsidiary), the Company is ready to conduct cooperation partnership with the PPU, either in the form of Limited Companies and Cooperatives.
