PT. Sibelco Lautan Minerals is a part of Sibelco Group, Belgium, which is operating in the minerals manufacturer purpose application to many sector industries, such as Glass Industry, Ceramic Industry, etc. Located in Jababeka Industrial Estate, Cikarang. Now, we’he been having four factories in Indonesia.

Sibelco has over 245 production units worldwide and is the disputed market leader[citation needed] in the extraction, production and distribution of the main industrial minerals: quartz, cristobalite, nepheline syenite, plastic clay and olivine. Furthermore the Sibelco group produces almost all other industrial minerals: barite, bentonite, calcite, dolomite, hydromagnesite, kaolin, feldspar, wollastonite, talc and huntite.

The company extracts and refines various types of sand and minerals. These mainly relate to top quality silica sands for industry. Today, Sibelco is the global market leader in this sector with production sites all over the world.

SCR-Sibelco was founded in 1872 by Stanislas Emsens, and is one of the oldest companies in Flanders today. The administrative headquarters of Sibelco Belgium are situated in Antwerpen.

GEOLOGIST STAFF - CIKARANG
Qualification :

Male
Age max 28 years old
Possess tertiary education in major geology sciences or geology engineering
Minimum 2 years experiences in industrial minerals related activity (geology, mining, processing, user industry)
Posses skills in mining operation and mine planning (short and long range) included pit design, scheduling, grade control - quality control mine, mine disposal, and must familiar with HSE mining standard
Team player but also competent and self motivated to work alone
Posses the skills of field mapping, sampling, drill target generation, resources estimation and evaluation
Strong knowledge of the commercial minerals industry and related industry would be a distinct advantage
Frequent travelers as extensive work within country prospects, quarries and processing plants is a core of the role
Good negotiation and presentation skill including the confidence to deal with external individual organization of the public professional and positive manner
