RECRUITMENT STAFF (RS)
Position Requirements

Male/ Female, max. 26 years old, S1 Psychology, GPA 2.80
Experience is preferred, preferably min. 1 year in the Psychology Bureau or Outsourcing
Mastering the Psychology test kits, scoring and interpretation test

CUSTOMER SERVICE (CS)

Position Requirements

Female, max. 25 years old, D3/ S1 all majors, GPA 2.80
Experience is preferred, preferably min. 1 year in the field of F & B
Having a relationship with a network HOREKA (Hotel, Restaurant & Cafe) and Supermarkets
Preferably who have experience as a Call Center

MT - STORE MANAGER (MTSM)
Position Requirements

Male/ Female, max. 28 years old, S1 all majors, IPK min. 2.80
Experienced in corporate retail operations min. 2 years, especially in the business of Food & Beverage (F & B)
Responsible for managing operations and achievement of 5 -7 Baskin-Robbins store' s sales target

AREA MANAGER (AM)
Position Requirements

Male, max. 40 years old
Experience min. 5 years in the same field (preferably from retail F & B)
Responsible for managing the + / - 30 Baskin Robbins stores in the area to match the SOP and set sales targets
