HOKA - HOKA BENTO is the pioneer and one of the largest Japanese Fast Food Restaurant in Indonesia, with variety of products and affordable price. Established in 1985, nowdays have more than 150 branches in Indonesia.

Hoka Hoka Bento serves various Japanese fastfood, however unlike the common ordering and serving in most fastfood restaurant, Hoka Hoka Bento serving arrangements was setted in long buffet similar to highschool cafeteria where customer moving along the heated stainless steel buffet ande choosing the dishes. Next to single a la carte menu, package set menu is also available.

They offer Japanese-style fast food dishes such as Beef or Chicken Teriyaki, Beef Yakiniku, Sukiyaki, Chicken Egg Roll, Chicken Katsu, Gyoza, soups and deserts. Although defined itself as Japanese restaurant, most of the food served is already adapted to Indonesian taste; such as stronger taste (compared to authentic mild Japanese taste), addition of hot chilli pepper sambal to cater for Indonesian preference for hot and spicy food. As the result the Japanese food offered here is not authentic.

Auditor Quality Assurance
Position Requirements

Male, max. 32 years old
Min. Bachelor Degree in Food Technology / Engineering (Industrial) with GPA min. 3.00
Experience min. 2 years as Auditor Quality Assurance in food & beverage/catering industrial company
Have good knowledge of food processing, GHP & HACCP
Have good knowledge of ISO (Quality Management System)

Executive Secretary
Position Requirements

Female, single, Max. 28 years old
Min. Diploma degree from reputable university, preferably from Tarakanita secretary academy
Strong in office management & computer skills
Fluency in English is a must, both oral and written
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, self motivated and dynamic
Min. 3 years experiences as secretary to Director
Willing to work in Ciracas, East Jakarta

General Affair Manager
Position Requirements

Male, Max.40 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from Civil Engineering
At least 3 years of working experience as General Affair Manager
Experience to handle legal permit and have a good relationship with goverment institution
Have good knowledge in construction & building management
Proficient in English ( oral & written )

Finance Manager
Position Requirements

Female, Max. 40 years old
Min. Bachelor's degree from reputable university majoring Finance / Accountancy min. GPA 3,00
At least 5 years of working experiences as Finance Manager
Good understanding and experience in implementing the SAP system
Preferably managers specializing in Finance – Corporate Finance or equivalent. Job role in Treasury / Corporate Finance or equivalent
Experience in handling full set of account, developing a finance department and providing financial control
Have a strong leadership capacity and possess ability to develop and motivate subordinates
