- Doing a research by review, analyze and evaluate our business process in our portfolio (Integrated Logistics Services, Project Logistics, Warehouse Management, Shore base Management, Industrial Shipping & Coal Logistics)
- Looking for any improvement that can be adapted to our business process
- Present the results of the research
- Become specialist in one of CKB portfolio
Requirements:
- Male/ Female, Single, Max. 24 years old in 2012
- Fresh Graduate from Bachelor’s Degree in any major with GPA min 3.00
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Effective listening skill and having good presentation skill
- Must be highly organized, motivated & committed
- Able to understand activity, gather & analyze information, and report results
- Able to work with minimum supervision, take initiative and be proactive in addressing improvement opportunities
- Computer literate
- Willing to be placed in all branches
