Its main business fields of Agro Industry, Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices, and Trade.

As the Parent Company (Investment Holding), currently has 15 children and three grandchildren of the company. Operates 35 branches, 10 sugar mills, 2 alcohol factories, a drug manufacturer, 2 medical instrument factory, an palm oil plantation and a tea plantation.

After 45 years of work in the field of Agro industry, Pharmaceutical and Trade, PT RNI as one of the State Owned Enterprises (SOEs), are now ready to appear more independent, productive and highly competitive.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM (MTP)
MTP candidate must meet the following qualifications :

Education min. S1 in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum GPA is 2.85.
Maximum age is 30 years (at the time of the month December 2011).
Single (not married yet) and are willing to not get married during the MTP.
Able to communicate in English.
Willing to be placed in all parts of Indonesia.
Passed selection held by the company.
