A Brief Overview about Agung Podomoro Group
PT. Agung Podomoro Group is the largest development company in the property sector in Indonesia. PT Agung Podomoro build shelters in the area of Sunter and Kelapa Gading. In addition, the company also provides housing for the poor outside of JaBoDeTaBek, such as Subang, Lebak and Kresek.
The company was founded by Anton Haliman around 1969. In 1986 the company was continued by Kusuma Trihatma Haliman. Agung Podomoro is one of the pioneers in creating the concept of comprehensive and integrated housing in the area of Sunter, North Jakarta.

We are currently in need to employ professionals to fill the vacancy for the position as follows :
Quantity Surveyor Supervisor (QS SPV) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing the cost of project, Budget Estimates
- Coordinate and oversee the preparation of tender the contractor in accordance with SOP
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of the tender the contractor in accordance with SOP
- Reviewing the claim bill the contractor in accordance with the BQ and QS
- Archiving of documents relating to the bill
- Check the completeness of data and documents required to process the handover of the work of the contractor to the owner in accordance with SOP
Requirements:
- Male with age maximum 40 years
- Education S1 Technical/ Architect
- At least 3 years of experience
- Planning & Organizing
- Careful and Thoroughly
- Mastering AutoCad and computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication
- Can speak English both oral and written
Accounting Officer - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Journalize financial transactions
- Carry out the reconciliation of records of financial transactions
- Filing of financial related documents in accordance with the systematic archiving.
- Filing of financial reports
- Vouchers filing of financial transactions
Requirements:
- Male/ Female with maximum age is 34 years old
- Minimal education is D3 Accounting
- Minimal experience is 2 years
- Mastering Computer particularly Microsoft Office
- Understanding of Accounting & taxation
