PT Elnusa Tbk Vacancies February 2012

PT Elnusa Tbk. was founded as PT Electronika Nusantara based on Indonesia Corporate Establishment Act No.18, dated 25th January 1969, Indonesia Corporate Capital Change No.10, dated 13th February 1969 as witnessed by notary Tan Thong Kie. Such establishment data was recorded at Republic of Indonesia Hall of Record No.35, Annex No.58, dated 2nd May 1969. PT Elnusa named by 9th September 1969.

Elnusa started as a state-owned oil and gas PT Pertamina’s operations support services company. Its services include maintenance and reparation of Pertamina’s vessel shipboard electronic communications equipment, navigational equipment and radar system. Oil tankers owned by other companies working under contract with Indonesia’s state-owned oil and gas companies were also part of Elnusa clientele.

In 1999, due to competitive and developing business demand and opportunity, Elnusa initiated an internal consolidation in an effort to streamline its operations and business activities. As a result of this consolidation, Elnusa had twelve business units, which were led and managed by the following 3 (three) divisions :

Exploration and Production
Telecommunications and Information Technology
Patra Niaga

In 2001, Elnusa had its organizational structure restructured, which resulted in the transformation of its three business divisions to the following two directorates :

Directorate of Upstream Services
Directorate of Downstream Services
Non-Oil and Gas Services

In 2004, Elnusa initiated a business process re-engineering which involved mergers and acquisitions. As a result, in 2006 Elnusa had fourteen business affiliations and two business portfolios. Its two primary business focus then were:

Integrated oil and gas services
Telematics support services

In October 2007, Elnusa yet again restructured itself, this time in an effort to dedicate itself as Indonesia’s first integrated upstream oil and gas services company, providing a dedicated “1-stop service” in Indonesia upstream oil and gas services industry. Aside from horizontal consolidation, Elnusa’s four oil and gas services business affiliations were consolidated into its corporate structure as well.

Dept. Head of Management Accounting (CODE : DHMA) - Jakarta
Requirements:

Male or Female, 35 – 45 years old.
Min Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting / Banking, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Economics from any reputable university (GPA min. 2.75 scale of 4).
Having min. 10 years experience as Controller (Management Accounting) from Oil & Gas Services.
Have excellence experienced handling project services oil & gas or equivalent min 5 years
Strong leadership and Strong in project management
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Have good computer skill : MS Office, Database, SAP (Project System/Project Management / Material Management).

Instrument Engineer - Jakarta
Responsibilities:

Monitor and control the daily implementation of calibration of instruments.
Monitor and control troubleshooting on automation and electrical equipments.
Develop preventive and routine maintenance program in managing and maintaining all instrumentation and electrical equipments.
Monitor and control the availability of critical spare parts.
Monitor the integration process for New Equipment installation.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Instrument Engineering or Diploma in Instrumentation.
Having at least 3 years of solid experience in maintaining process control automation and instrumentation.
Experienced on execution of project of upgrading or new equipment installation.
Good understanding of SAP, Total Productive Management (TPM), ISO 9001 & 14000, HACCP.
Proficient in English both oral & written.
Familiar in computer applications.

Section Head Strategic Sourcing Performance & EPC Business - Jakarta
Requirements:

Male or Female, age between 27-40 years old
Minimum Bachelor Degree, Major in the Economic Business, Technique of Industry from reputable University (GPA min 2.75 scale of 4)
Having 5 years experience as Head Of Procurement Department and excellence equipment knowledge in Oil & Gas Industry

General Requirements: Strong analytical skill, Computer literacy is a must (Microsoft Office & Microsoft Access), fluent in English both oral and written, Good Communication skill, Presentation Skills, Professional networking, Competencies in Integrity, Synergy, Commitment, Teamwork & Cooperation, Customer Service Orientation, General Intelligence, Problem Solving, and Achievement Motivation.
