Good communication & presentation skills (verbal and written, Bahasa Indonesia and English)
Solid integrity, self motivationed and show strong initiative
Able to work under pressure
Able to work with details and has data analysis skills
Having knowledge and ability to operate Statistical Tools or other applications (SPSS)
Having knowledge and ability to operate MS-Excel, MS-Access, PowerPoint
Willing to be located in all INDOSAT operational area
