Kementerian Badan Usaha Milik Negara or Ministry of State Owned Enterprises (SOEs Ministry abbreviated) is a ministry in charge of the affairs of the Government of Indonesia state owned enterprises (SOEs). Ministry of Enterprise headed by a Minister of State Owned Enterprises (SOE Minister) that since October 19th, 2011 held by Dahlan Iskan.

Vision and Mission of SOEs Ministry

As a government institution that has the duty and responsibility in order to manage state assets, state enterprises ministry has the vision and mission as follows :

"Enhancing the role of state as an instrument for improving people's welfare state based on the mechanism of the corporation"

Our Mission :
To realize the above vision, the mission of the Ministry of SOEs set as follows :

Improved quality of management of state companies more transparent and accountable;
Increasing the role of state enterprises to encourage the growth of national economy and state revenues;
Improved quality of service assignment for the general government;
Increasing the role of SOEs in keperintisan efforts and development of SMEs;
SOE management system to realize a mechanism-based corporation;
Increasing the role of state enterprises to accelerate the implementation of national development priorities.
