PT PLN (Persero) or PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara, lit. 'State Electricity Company') is an Indonesian government-owned corporation which has a monopoly on electricity distribution in Indonesia.

Our Service

The reliability and quality of electricity supply has steadily improved in Indonesia in recent decades. Supply is more reliable in Java because the grid is relatively well-developed compared to the situation in the Outer Islands (such as Sumatra, Sulawesi and Kalimantan) where most areas are serviced by localised systems often powered by small diesel plants. However power outages are still common, even in Java . There was, for example, a particularly severe power outage in 2005 which reportedly affected around 100 million people across Java and Bali for over five hours.

Junior Operator/ Junior Technician in the field of Electricity Power Distribution (DIS) - For SMA IPA/ SMK Teknik Mesin/ Listrik/ Kimia graduates
Junior Operator/ Junior Technician in the field of Power Plant (KIT) - For SMA IPA/ SMK Teknik Mesin/ Listrik graduates
Junior Operator/ Junior Technician in the field of Transmission of Electricity (TRS) - For SMA IPA/ SMK Teknik Mesin/ Listrik graduates

The Duties for each Job Position :

*) Junior Operator/ Junior Technician in the field of Electricity Power Distribution (DIS)

Conducts electricity distribution network operation, to ensure engineering service activities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

**) Junior Operator/ Junior Technician in the field of Power Plant (KIT)

Carrying out the operation and maintenance of power plant systems according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that is applicable.

***) Junior Operator/ Junior Technician in the field of Transmission of Electricity (TRS)

Carry out maintenance work and equipment High voltage Main Relay Network according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that is applicable.

General Requirements:

Male, single and could not marry during follow the Prajabatan Training
Academic Requirements : Graduates/ Students in the 12nd Grade of Senior High School (SMA)/ equivalent from Department of Natural Sciences (IPA), or Vocational High School (SMK) : majors as it is written in terms of Education (see at position's requirements above)
For those who have passed : The average value of the results of National Examination (SKHUN) minimum is 7.0 (seven point zero)
For students who have not graduated (class of 12 - the final semester) : The average value of the semester report cards in 3rd, 4th, and 5th semester for the subject of mathematics and physics at least 7.0 (seven point zero)
If a participant does not pass the National Exam in 2012, then the participants expressed Ruling (GUGUR).

Minimum body height 155 cm
Body weight is proportional to body height (BMI max. is 28)
Physically and mentally healthy
Healthy and Not color blind (with accompanying certificate of Health &

Not be involved and never involved in criminal acts (Evidenced by SKCK of Police, which was submitted at the time of selection interviews)
Include a Personal Statement on the stamp Rp 6,000, - which contains points as follows : Never involved in drug abuse and other addictive substances, night blind and did not suffer from epilepsy, willing to take part in education and not married during the Prajabatan Training education, Willing to be an employee for at least 5 (five) years in a consecutive since appointed an employee, Willing to be placed in all work areas of PLN Unit that concerned since appointed as the new employee, For those who have a degree higher than high school level, will not demanding recognition of its diplomas.
