Between the years 1942-1945 saw a shift management of Dutch firms by Japan, after the Dutch surrendered to the Japanese army at the beginning of World War II.
The process of transition of power back at the end of World War II in August 1945, when Japan surrendered to the Allies. Opportunity was used by the youth and workers' power through delegation Labor / Employee Electricity and Gas which, together with KNI Leadership Center initiative to meet President Sukarno to hand over these companies to the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. On October 27, 1945, President Sukarno's Bureau of Electricity and Gas established under the Ministry of Public Works and Power to the power generation capacity of 157.5 MW.

- Junior Operator/ Junior Technicial in the Field of Electric Power Generation (KIT) - Terms of Education : SMA IPA/ SMK Teknik Mesin/ Listrik
- Junior Officer in the field of Administration (ADM) - Terms of Education : SMA IPA/ IPS, SMK Perkantoran, Niaga, or Kesekretariatan
