Requirements:
- Female, single, maximum 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications or equivalent
- Undestanding of process procurement (Tender) in Goverment regulation
- Has a strong commitment, energetic, mature and good looking
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply

Secretary To The Manager - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Handling telephones from internal and external
- Handling directors' schedules for meeting, workshop, etc
- Handling transportation for directors'
- Making correspondences (memorandum for other division & letter to external)
- Registering incoming and outgoing mails
- Making agreement’s report
- Filling correspondences
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
