Three most strategic industrial area in Jakarta, "in the heart" of Indonesia are available for investing, manufacuring process and logistic business. These locations are : Cakung 176, 7 Ha, Marunda 413,8 Ha and Tanjung Priok 8 Ha, which very close to International port and international harbour
PT KBN Presents ready stock of land and building (Standard Factory Building) to be leased and also Total Logistic System services including bonded and non bonded warehouse, container depot and freight forwarding are available with competitive price.
In order to support customers performance on their production, PT KBN issued all investment and operational permits through One Stop Sevice system. This area also supported by facilities such as Electricity, Clean Water for industrial necesarry, Prime class Communication and Information Technology services, Health Centre, Car Service Centre and general property services.

Requirements:
- S1 Law/ Civil Engineering/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Architectural or D3 Petugas Refraksi Mata/ Drafter
- GPA 2.75 (for PTN) or GPA 3.0 (for PTS)
- Maximum age 35 years old
