Application Performance Management Officer - Jakarta
Responsibilities:

• Proactive monitoring of application performance in production area and taking necessary actions.
• Identification of slowness, halts, degradation and wastes within the production environment.
• Performing and preparing trend analysis reports of application performance in different areas.
• Based on trend analysis providing feedback / suggestions to the operations, application development or network group.
• Reports for capacity planning and infrastructure utilization.
• Performing analysis and investigations on the current and past issues for permanent fixes.
• Managing team.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Software engineerring, Database concepts, SQL writing.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
• Preferred language(s): English.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager/ Assistant Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Network/ System/ Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in IT Executive/ MIS or Project Management.
• 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
