Responsibilities:
Information Technology Supervisor - Jawa Barat (Cikampek)
Responsibilities:
- Developing IT regulation and procedure to support Company Bussines Strategy.
- Responsible in manage, motivating and developing team's competency.
- Manage Department Activity and budgeting
- Create and develop Security Policy, Sevice Pack, and Security Update.
- Support and develop IT project regarding Company Bussiness.
- Coordinate problem solving about Infrastructure and Application Management with related vendor and corporate company.
- Manage company asset (hardware dan software).
- Develop and control system automation (ERP, EAM, etc)
- Develop and monitor Disaster Recovery Planning
- Manage local and global network
Requirements:
- Bachelor (S1) degree in Information Technology/ System Information/ Industrial Engineering or other related major from reputable university
- Male/Female, age max.30 years old
- Experience in handling IT area (Programming, Networking & Internet, Security, Server, Hardware & Software, ERP System) with at least 3 years experience
- Having good leadership and interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, creative, highly motivated, customer service oriented, multitasking, flexible, and having attention to detail

- Male/Female, age max 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field with GPA min 3.00
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Having a good knowledge about Employee Regulation (UU 13)
- Having experience in handling Industrial Relation cases
- Have a good relation with government and local people
- Having experience in Security Management, handling daily complaint,
- Have a good communication skills, customer services oriented, and passion for excelence
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cikampek.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in General Work (Housekeeper, Driver, Dispatch, Messenger, etc) or equivalent.
