PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk established as a joint venture between Mandom Corporation, Japan and PT The City Factory. Company incorporated as PT Tancho Indonesia and in 2001 changed into PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk.
In 1993, the Company became the 167 companies and Japanese joint venture company to-11 which listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Currently the number of shares of the Company is 201,066,667 shares with a nominal value of Rp 500/saham.
Activities of the Company started commercial production in 1971 where initially the Company produces hair care products, then developed with producing perfumery and cosmetics. The Company has two factory premises which Sunter factory which specialized in producing cosmetic products throughout the Company while working Cibitung factory to manufacture plastic packaging as well as the logistics center. Plastic packaging shipped from Cibitung to Sunter to be filled and then shipped the finished goods back to Cibitung and distributed through logistics center.

Besides domestic market, the Company also exports its products to several countries including the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Japan, India, Malaysia, Thailand, and others. Through the UAE, the Company's products re-exported to various countries in Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and others.

Requirements :
- S1 graduates (Chemistry) from reputable university with 3.00 GPA
- 2 years experiences as R&D Staff in Cosmetic Industries will be an added value
- Familiar with BPOM (Badan Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan) procedures
- Strong analytical thinking, pleasant personality, hard working and willing to learn

Product Development Assistant Manager
Requirements :
- S1 graduates , master degree is preferred
- Maximum 35 years old
- At least 6 years experiences in handling Product/Brand Management/Business Development in FMCG industry
- Familiar with computer MS office (Photoshop, Illustrator and McIntosh are desirable)
- Familiar with planning and development of new product
- Having experience in handling marketing research will be an added value
- Strong in communication skill and analytical thinking
- Able to work as a team member as well as individual basis
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken ( TOEFL 550 )
INTERNAL AUDIT
Responsibilities :
Initially, internal audit team will be responsible in designing & implementing SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for various business processes and post implementation follow up
