Customer Care Executive - Jakarta
Responsibilities:

Handling customers complaint with the Customer Relation Management System (CRMS);
To maximize Hotline Service to support incoming and outgoing customers information;
Participating in customer care programs to achieve customers satisfaction;
Maintain good relationship with customers as a main priority including customers visits;
Preparing Customer Complaints Analysis (CCA) based on branch information;
Proactive with spreading information to related department for customers satisfaction purposes;
To ensure all the complaints being recorded by the system;
Others task request by superior.

Requirements:

Having minimum S-1 degree from any major, preferably in Communication or Public Relation;
Having minimum 1 year exposure in customer care or customer service area;
Familiar with ISO 9001:2000 is additional point;
Computer literature in MS Office is a must;
Dynamic, self motivated, hard working, aggressive, can work under pressure.

Compensation & Benefit Executive - Jakarta
Responsibilities:

Understanding of payroll system, PPH 21, Jamsostek and pension fund
To be in charge of compensation and benefit scheme (including insurance)
Ensure all employees compensation and benefit to be applied properly
Assist the superior in handling monthly headcount reports related with KPI, movement, attendance,
Monitoring and updating related with retention report
Updating and maintaining data related with structuring organization in HRIS accordingly;
Updating and informing the Insurance immediately all the employee data changes including the dependant i.e.: status, eligibility, benefit, etc
Liaising with Insurance to provide regular report and preparing data to update Accounting Dept. for the result;
Assist the superior in preparing data for yearly actuarial report and salary survey
Ensure that the documentation relating to the ISO has been fulfilled

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in HR Management, Management from Reputable University
Min. 2 years working experience in analyzing and designing compensation and benefit.
Familiar with ISO 9001:2008 is additional point
Good communication and service oriented.
Good analytical, conceptual thinking, communication skill and also detail oriented.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English and computer literate.

Requirements:
