Pacific Place Shopping Mall Jakarta Job Vacancies

Pacific Place is a shopping mall located in the Sudirman Central Business District, South Jakarta, Indonesia. The building is divided into 3 distinct sections: a six-story mall Pacific Place, One Pacific Place office center, and three-tower hotel The Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place. Everything was built in 2005 in a project worth U.S. $ 250 million, but with a modified design. Mall opened in November 2007.

Pacific Place is a commercial complex on the secondary in which there is a shopping center, apartments and offices where the best comfort and service to the tenant and visitors is a primary mission.

Shops and buildings
Pacific Place is comprised of six levels. The first level contains Bebe, Guess, and others. The most interesting level is located at the 6th level, there is Kidzania Jakarta, a replica of a small town where children can learn the adult world, and Blitzmegaplex, a movie theater located across Kidzania.

When Pacific Place opened November 2007, Fokker F-28 cockpit is installed at the entrance Kidzania. The entrance itself looks like the Air Asia ticket counter. Kidzania Jakarta is the first of its kind to open in Southeast Asia. Because the problem spot, and must share the area with Kidzania, Blitzmegaplex Pacific Place can not extend themselves, and become Blitzmegaplex smallest in Indonesia.

M Pacific Place is a branch of the Metro Department Store in this mall but prior to its opening, Metro changed its name to M Pacific Place because of demand management.

Building One Pacific Place is the only block of office buildings, located in the north. The Ritz-Carlton Tower Hotel is the only hotel located in Pacific Place. Because the problem spot, The Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place has only 62 rooms.

Underground level contains Kem Chicks supermarket, restaurants and ATMs. There is also a bridge to the hotel and the Jakarta Stock Exchange.

Qualifications :

Female, age 23 - 29 years old.
Minimum Bachelor Degree / S1 in the following major: Marketing / Business Administration.
Minimum 1 year working experience in marketing industry, agency (like account executive), sponsorship fields.

Basic skills needed:
Organized (administratively and non-administrative), familiar with basic computer skills, create proposals/presentations for clients, able to speak well in front of clients / public, have good database / networking, open minded, team work, friendly, flexible in terms of working hours/time as well (willing to work on non normal office time when necessary or needed), able to monitor / work well with other departments, motivated, can adapt well, works well under pressure, goal oriented.
