Sales Manager Bancassurance (Code: SMB)
Responsibilities:
Managing Sales Process and its performance in Bank Partner through all Assistant Business Development Manager and Financial Specialist.

Requirements:
  • Male with age range is 35-40 years old
  • Bachelor/Master degree with any background
  • Experience in Bancassurance at least 4 years
  • Have a passionate in Sales Area
  • Strong in analytical and organized
  • Fluent in English (Oral & Written)
  • Team work player, hard and smart worker
  • Open mind and sincere
  • Willing to travel

Data Warehouse Specialist (DWS)
Responsibilities:
  • DWH Development
  • Thorough documentation of process design, functional specification and operational handover
  • Contribution to and management of DWH projects from scope though to post rollout support
  • Working together with other dept. to deliver solutions to our internal customers
  • Close co-operation with reporting resources, DWH operations, business key users and our external partners to optimize the DWH processes
  • Ensure internal customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • University degree in Information Technology or proven practical experience
  • Minimum three (3) experience in data warehouse development using either Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle BI. Having experience in more than one technology is a plus
  • Strong conceptual and practical knowledge in OLAP, BI, reporting, Data Marts, Analytical processing
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in object oriented programming using JAVA or C#
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience with either J2EE or .Net framework
  • Previous experience in the insurance or finance industry
  • Strong conceptual understanding of DWH data models and transformation of business requirements into business value
  • Proven ability to take the lead in providing solutions within in the DWH area in order to fulfill business requirements
  • Commitment to the delivery of high quality solutions and willingness to learn new tools
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Permanent contribution to the improvement and optimization of existing DWH processes
  • Track record of successful DWH Implementation projects
  • Good command of English in writing and speaking
  • Ability to work with different teams in a multi-cultural environment

Call Center Officer (Code: CCO)
Requirements:
  • Male or Female, age max 27 years
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major

Requirements:

Life Product Development Supervisor (Code: LPD)
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct product research and develop product comparison
  • Develop product manual for each new/revised product
  • Develop product training material working together with training department
  • Set up product parameter in system
Requirements:
  • Male/Female, with max 30 years old
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Actuaria or Insurance from reputable university
  • Having minimum 2 years working experience in Insurance Product Development
  • Having insurance professional degree e.g. AAMAI, LOMA (optional)
  • Good in communication and presentation skill
  • Having involve in company project as a member of the project
  • Having an experience with OPUS
  • Fluent in English (Both & Written) 

Policy Service Admin Supervisor (Code: PSA)
Responsibilities:
  • To administer policy benefit transactions
  • To supervise subordinate policy benefit team
  • To ensure policy benefit transactions should be done within SOP & service standard agreement
Requirements:
  • Male/Female with age range 27-35 years old
  • Bachelor degree in Economics (Accounting/Management), Mathematics or Insurance from reputable university
  • Having minimum 2 years working experience in Policy Owner Servicing/Policy Servicing Administration (after sales)
  • Good analytical & quick learner well organized
  • Good knowledge of life insurance product
  • Good communication & able to work with others in a team
  • Has a good manner, ability to lead the team & to be example as good employee
  • Fluent in English (Both & Written)
