Internal Auditor Supervisor - Jakarta Timur

Male/Female, max 30 years old.
Bachelor degree in Accounting / Auditing, from reputable universities with min GPA 3,00.
Having min 2-3 years of experience as Auditor, preferably Internal Auditor at property company or KAP (Kantor Akuntan Publik).
Having knowledge in Risk Management, ISO 9001:2008 & property / retail business.
Willing to travel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
Meticulous, detail oriented, honest and willing to work hard.
Proficient computing skills including Word, Excel, and Power Point.

QS / Contract Admin Manager (Real Estate) - Jakarta Timur, Banten & Tangerang

Main Responsibilities:
Calculate the estimated cost of construction, provide and evaluate BQ in the tender price, to check and propose adjustments to market prices at regular intervals and calculate the actual cost of the project which has been adjusted to market prices.

Qualifications:

Male / Female, age max. 35 years.
Min. S1 from Civil Engineering or Mechanical / Electrical.
Work experience min. 5 years in the same position.
Having a deep understanding of construction methods and M/E system.

Legal Manager - Jakarta Timur & Jakarta Utara

Main Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, verify, and monitor all legal activities such as: preparing contracts, implementing dispute settlement, resolve legal complaints, assist in the legal aspects of the loan agreement, carry out legal due diligence, prepare and manage the administration of legal risk, and evaluate the legal risk.

Qualifications:

Min. S1 Law.
Male / Female, age max. 35 years.
Having working experience min. 5 years in Corporate Legal or Law Firm.
Able to prepare and review contract drafting and legal business agreements.
Have a thorough knowledge of Corporate Law, Capital Market Regulations, Civil Law, and Property Law.

Quantity Surveyor M/E Supervisor - Jakarta Timur & Jakarta Utara

Responsibilities :Develop and maintain contract tracking log, ensure that site requirements are understood, compile contract bid package, resolve contract issues, administer contracts and purchase orders, document concerns of contractor and client, issue contract documents for file, maintain and monitor contractor requisition log, resolve any contract related invoicing issues, develop contract routing procedure.

Requirement :

Bachelor degree from reputable university – Majoring Mechanical/Electrical.
Male / Female, 27 to 35 years of age.
Min 2 - 3 years of experience in estimating High Rise Building.
Understand M/E system in High Rise Building.
Computer literate (MS Words, Excel), Autocad.
Strong analytical skills and meticulous.

Project Manager (High Rise Building) Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Utara, Bandung, Banten & Tangerang

Main Responsibilities:
Starting a project, run the project supervision, and complete the project in accordance with project plans and in accordance with quality standards and budget set, including analyzing the effectiveness of the construction methods being used.

Qualifications:

S1 in Civil Engineering / Architecture / related disciplines.
Male, age max. 40 years.
Experience min. 5 years in the same position in the company's property or the construction, especially in High Rise Building.
