Develop, manage, verify, and monitor all legal activities such as: preparing contracts, implementing dispute settlement, resolve legal complaints, assist in the legal aspects of the loan agreement, carry out legal due diligence, prepare and manage the administration of legal risk, and evaluate the legal risk.
