Product Marketing Specialist - Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
  • Assess market conditions, trends, parts sales & PTOS reports to provide recommendations and action plans to improve performance.
  • Assess customer needs and work with internal and external suppliers to develop and market suitable products.
  • Conduct awareness campaigns to promote knowledge throughout dealership.
  • Answer regional staff and customer queries on parts product and application.
  • Work with product manager to develop and implement marketing programs that address customer needs.
  • Provide training to regional staff on Part Product features, Benefits, and Parts Marketing Programs.
  • Prepare and submit monthly report to management, prepare and process financial claims to suppliers as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Marketing or Engineering (others) Graduate.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Maximum age 35 years old.
  • Having experience in Marketing or Sales Heavy Equipment.
  • Able to Design Marketing Program based on market condition.
  • Excellent English language and Good in presentation skill.
  • Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office.

Machine Application Engineer - Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
  • Determine equipment recommendation based on customer application need and assist marketing people to convince customer with product feature & benefit through the product/application presentation.
  • Plan and provide a product training for the internal group (sales/marketing) or external (customer) with coordination to training group.
  • Coordinating the implementation of marketing plan of the product (advertising, promotion, article in mass media, direct mail, product launching, special event).
  • Provide machine price configuration of new product for the Trakindo standard offer or based on customer need & regularly update the configuration based on new price list.
  • Conduct machine application study/product performance test.
Requirements:
  • University graduate; preferably with Engineering major (Mechanical & Mining)
  • Understand heavy equipment business and company marketing strategy
  • Has heavy equipment product knowledge & basic mechanic
  • Highly motivated, strong analytical thinking and ability to work as a team an individually
  • Preferable to have experience in product application
  • Good communication skills in Indonesian and English both written and verbal
  • Computer literacy and presentation skill
  • 2 Full-Time positions available.

Prime Product Sales Representative - Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur)
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Marine), Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Job role in Sales Executive or equivalent.

  • Maintain machine health, strategy, planning and scheduling of heavy equipment
  • Maintain accurate site data for repair or services, part forecasting, warranties, etc
  • The Candidate should have strong analytical and problem solving skills together with good interpersonal organizational skills, be able to interact & adapt with Mining Operation Group and External Customer
Requirements:
  • Male/Female with 31-40 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree prefer in Tehcnical Engineering
  • Have experience on Heavy machine operation and maintenance role minimum 4 -5 years preferably in Heavy equipment maintenance strategy
  • Good communication in English as well Bahasa
  • Availability to frequent travel
  • Willing to be place in all over Indonesia

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Marine), Marketing or equivalent.
