PT. Asuransi Central Asia was established on 29th August 1956. Since established until now ACA has played inherent role in economics development Indonesia. Until this time, ACA continues tradition during more than 55 years give contribution in the world of insurance and economics Indonesia especially general insurance.

Besides conventional business, ACA has ventured into the micro insurance sector supported with its wide distribution network throughout the Indonesian archipelago. Although the individual premiums are low, in line with its simple but this class of business provides clear specific protection.

ACA has assets amounting to Rp 4.537 trillion, 36 branches and 24 representative office that are located through out Indonesia, 1 (one) sharia unit in Jakarta together with approximately 1.200 employees. As per December 2010 the company’s net worth is approximately Rp 3.3 trillion and RBC (Risk Based Capital) of 301.70%, exceeding the minimum statutory requirement of 120%.

One of the most significant achievements of ACA is the successful implementation of technology especially in the area of service delivery and after sales services for our retail products.

HR Recruitment & Selection Officer (HR Recruitment) - Jakarta Barat
Responsibilities:
  • Implement recruitment and selection process for the supply of employees in accordance with the needs of the company.
  • Implement administrative processes associated with recruitment needs to the availability of contract employees
  • Maintain and update database of applicant and employee
  • Maintain Industrial Relationship and related administrative
Requirements:
  • Male / Female, age maximum 28 years
  • S1 Educational Psychology
  • Fresh graduates with minimum GPA 2.75 (scale 4)
  • Ability in giving instructions, application tool and scoring psychological tests
  • Diligent, thorough, disciplined, target oriented, high initiative and able to work multitasking.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Marketing Officer (MKT) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Generate and increase new business production in accordance with the Line of Business products have been determined
  • Monitor and analyze product market to expand production of General Insurance business
  • Maintaining the number of production companies
  • Monitor and maintain smooth production with customer
  • Working closely with Marketing Team in improving the performance of work teams
Requirements:
  • Male / Female, age maximum 34 years
  • Education minimum D3 all departments
  • GPA minimum 2.75 (scale 4)
  • Preferred understand the general insurance (General Insurance)
  • More preferably have at least 1 year experience in their field
  • Able to speak English oral and written
  • Customer Service Orientation competencies, Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills and Relationship Building good.

Surveyor Klaim Kendaran Bermotor (OCC) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Provide maximum services to the insured's claim.
  • Perform the verification process of claims filed by the insured.
  • Completing the documents and claims data needed to process the issuance of Demand Estimation (SPE) to the workshop.
  • Doing the claim process until the issuance of Work Order (SPK) following a recommendation from the Adjuster.
Requirements:
  • Male age max 30 years old
  • Minimum education D3, preferably in automotive engineering, machine or general insurance
  • GPA minimum 2.75 (scale 4)
  • Fresh Graduates, Experience is preferred.
  • Having good Interpersonal Skills
  • Able to operate computer
  • Have SIM C & A
  • Honest, disciplined, thorough, decisive and able to work in a team or individually
  • Willing to do the job rotation on the branches in JATABEK (Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi)

Hotline Officer (HO) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing insurance information products,
  • Facilitate customer questions and complaints,
  • Coordinate and confirm the claim filing procedures and the use of replacement car as needed
Requirements:
  • Male / Female, age maximum 32 years
  • Minimum Diploma from any discipline
  • GPA minimum 2.75 (scale 4)
  • Customer Service Orientation competencies, Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills are good.
  • Honest, thorough & able to work hard in a team or individually
  • Willing to work in shifts
