Logistic and Warehousing Staff
Responsibilities:
  • Check and maintain stock inventory
  • Make record of key parts usage and accessories sales
  • Maintain customer database (coordinate with front desk reception)
  • Follow up necessary parts requested by engineers
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • Min GPA 3.0 of 4, from reputable university.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Harco Mangga Dua.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Full-Time positions available.
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skill, customer satisfaction oriented attitude.
  • Basic knowledge about computer hardware/parts.
  • Ready to work hard and under pressure. 

Sales Admin 
Responsibilities:
  • Record sales performance.
  • Update on performance report.
  • Support sales team in administration.
  • Manage products loan.
  • Maintain good relationship with all customers.
  • Monitoring shipping & payment status.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree (S1), preferable major :Engineering IT / Information System Preferable
  • Minimum GPA of 2.80.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience is required.
  • Familiar with MS Office and Internet
  • Fluent in English.
  • Understanding of document tracking and filling management.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Proactive and can work with minimum supervision.

Channel Sales for East Java
Responsibilities:
  • Developing new dealers and maintaining existing dealer base by increasing sell-out quantity in assigned territory.
  • Building high value dealer relationship by providing training and value information in assigned territory.
  • Handling dealer requests, enquiries, meeting, complaints, and all sorts of samples in assigned territory.
  • Implementing dealer sales promotion program in assigned territory.
  • Surveying price, promotion and channel map of IT industries in assigned territory.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any Business or IT related study.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience is required.
  • Highly sales driven, independent, and energic.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Chinese language will be an advantage.
  • Living in East Java is preferable.

CHANNEL MANAGER 
Responsibilities:
  • Managing a team of Channel Specialist
  • Increasing dealers sell out quantity
  • Creating and Implementing dealer sales promotion program
  • Developing Channel & penetrating products into channel
  • Building good relationship with IT Channel (SI, VAR of IT industries)
  • Increasing dealer / shop recommendation rate
  • Increasing product exposure rate in the market
Requirements:
  • S1 or S2 graduated, experience min. 2 years
  • Majoring in IT is more preferable
  • Good in interpersonal skill
  • Have interest hardware products & IT Market
  • Ready to work hard and under pressure
  • Posses a strong leadership character
  • Written & Spoken English is must
  • Chinese language capability is advantage
