Human Resources Plant Supervisor (HPRS)
Responsibilities:

Work together with department Manager for the manpower requirements, source applicants, and conduct new employee orientation (Recruitment)
Work together with department head for talent management programs and overall people development programs implementation
Work with department Head for Performance Management
Do training assessment, analyze training needs and maintain employee training record.
Maintain industrial relations aspects
