Trainer and Development staff 
Job Description:
  • Training staff plan, develop, implement, and evaluate training and development programs in organizations.
  • Training staff may perform the following task:
  • Design and coordinate a staff training program based on organizational and employee needs use questionnaires and surveys in consultation with managers and staff to analyse training needs as they relate to the goals of the organization work area. 
  • Develop training resources, which may involve demonstrating equipment, operating video recorders and cameras and leading group discussion or role-playing activities, or employ expert to do so. 
  • Evaluate the effectiveness or training programs, using surveys, questionnaires, interview and observation, in order to plan to future courses or to amend existing ones. 
  • Obtain information on work-related external courses, prepare reports on their suitability, and make recommendation on staff attendance at training course. 
  • Compile training manuals, provide career development sessions for existing staff and conduct induction sessions for new employees, and coordinate work experience programs with schools and organize career talks to school groups.
Requirements:
  • Male
  • Bachelor degree from any major
  • Min GPA 2.80 scale 4.00
  • Age maximum 30 years old
  • Having experience min 3 years as trainer
  • Proficient in MS. Office application (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Fluent in English for speaking and writing
  • Initiative, tact, and maturity
  • Aptitude for research
  • Fast learner, highly motivated, customer service oriented, good personality & performance, interpersonal skill, good communication skill, and presentation skill.
  • Excellent health
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang

General Affair Staff
Responsible for taking care employee general needs as stationary, caterings and meal, building maintenance, transportation, expatriate  matter  and others.


Requirement:
  • Male
  • Bachelor degree from any major
  • Min GPA 2.80 scale 4.00
  • Age maximum 30 years old
  • Having experience on expatriate lisence
  • Having experience min 2 years in same position
  • Proficient in MS. Office application (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Fluent in English for speaking and writing
  • Able to work outdoor and indoor
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Interest in social service
  • Fast learner, dynamic, and creative
  • Communicative
  • Have a driving lisence (SIM A)
  • Excellent health
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang


Sales Logistic Staff
Responsible for implementation of all activities of planning vehicle unit sales & reservation, ensuring the implementation of vehicle distribution process, ensuring the implementation of incentive calculations dealer and guaranteed car price calculation process vehicle.


Requirement:
  • Male
  • Diploma degree from majoring Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical.
  • Min GPA 2.80 scale 4.00
  • Age maximum 25 years old
  • Fresh graduate are welcome
  • Proficient in MS. Office application (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Able to work outdoor and indoor
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Communicative
  • Have a driving lisence (SIM A)
  • Excellent health
