Regional Sales Manager - Medical Device (Kalimantan Timur, Sulawesi Selatan, Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:
  • Perform direct selling, monitoring of service levels and ongoing branch interfaces
  • Responsible for maximizing non-exclusive contract volume from accounts by interfacing closely with Regional Account Managers to understand provider's networks and drive business through sales and service
  • In conjunction with the RVP Sales and respective branch managers, identify key core referral customers and design a sales/service strategy and organization to maximize referral volume
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records on perspective active accounts
  • Perform on-going updating of quarterly strategic plans regarding top active and prospective accounts
  • Create clear and effective communication with branch offices
  • Coach, develop, and manage employee performance
  • Responsible for building relationships with internal branch staff

Retail Store Supervisor (Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan)
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain stock, supplies and inventories (Order groceries and supplies, Check received stock against invoices, Mark prices on stock, Restock shelves)
  • Manage store revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation and delivery of deposits to bank on a daily basic.
  • Ensuring standards of quality, customer service and health and safety are met
  • Organising special promotions and displays in conjunction with the Philips Store Management monitoring sales in order to increase the commercial performance of the shop
  • Management of all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
  • Entrusted with bookkeeping and purchasing responsibilities.
  • Responsible for organizing the merchandise on store shelves, reviewing the inventory to make sure everything is in stock, and establishing the sales target

Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with visual display staff and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize customer interest and sales.
  • Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season.
  • Analyzing every aspect of bestsellers (for example, the bestselling price points, colours or styles) and ensuring that bestsellers reach their full potential
  • Predict trends and fashions and decide which products are most likely to appeal to customers.
  • Develop Customers focus and needs
  • Responsible to maintain the store and product condition
  • Responsible for driving sales by creating products display that stand out from the competition.

Contract Manager (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
  • Negotiating and managing external and internal procurement and contracting arrangements
  • Facilitating the re-negotiation of existing contracts
  • Identify procurement opportunities and ensuring these opportunities are evaluated and progressed
  • Making sure that all procurement and contracting activities are carried out in accordance with legislation & company policy
  • Supporting senior managers in the development of risk and policy documentation
  • Implementing operational plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), initiatives and projects relating to contract compliance and management
  • Making amendments to contractual documents
  • Supporting the resolution within the terms and conditions of the contract of conflicts/problems may arised

Lighting Application Specialist (Surabaya)

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver lighting design support in projects for segment and sales.
  • Maintain the required level of expertise in terms of specialist knowledge in lighting, regulations, installation technology, lighting peripherals, financial and economic aspects and in relation to the tools and resources to be used.
  • Prepare new creative application ideas and concepts both internally in team as well as among customers.
  • Develop a strong network with internal and external key stakeholders especially architects and technical specifiers.
  • Guide and coach junior team members in their tasks.
  • Give lectures in several external conferences and universities.
  • Advise sales representatives and clients on lighting principles and use of luminaires.
  • Provide internal training from basic to expert workshops.
  • Represent Philips in key standardization bodies.
  • Ensure lighting design quality within the LiAS team.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in designing lighting systems for different applications like office lighting, industrial lighting, outdoor lighting, sports lighting and architectural lighting
  • Should be familiar with Dialux lighting design software and latest auto-cad systems. A good exposure to latest lighting application norms and standards is essential.
  • Good communication skills in a Business to Business relationship.
  • An affinity with construction, electrical engineering and architectural design.
  • Team player with practical approach.
  • Adequate technical understanding of lighting solutions.
  • Proven analytical skills and the ability to understand the business dynamics.
  • Prior experience in giving presentations to small and large audiences.

Sales Administrator (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the business in the districts where necessary in order to achieve forecast and sales targets which may include supporting colleagues within the Sales Back Office team
  • Provide backup sales support where necessary
  • Update and maintain prospects in Update 7 Tool and chase overdue prospects with the sales team, providing stats on prospects v orders received
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by timely responding to all customer requests so that customers find it easy to do business with Philips Healthcare
  • Arrange appointments and meetings
  • Attend conferences and exhibitions and carry out organizer duties where required
  • Respond to general sales enquiries via mail, fax or telephone escalating where necessary
  • Arrange customer education  on customer request and assure tracking and billing
  • Quotes and Tenders – provide support to Sales Back Office team, processing quotes and preparing tenders, or providing quotation status overview to sales when necessary
