Since its establishment on 10 July 1970, Bank Bukopin has been focusing on UMKMK (Micro, Small, Medium and Cooperative Business) segment, and keeps developing it self to enter the medium bank category in Indonesia from assets Presspective. In line with the opportunity and capacity improvement in serving wider scope of people's needs, Bank Bukopin has expanded its business segment into commercial and consumer segments.

These three segments have become the pillar of Bank Bukopin's business, delivering either conventional or sharia' banking service, supported by optimum fund management system, advanced information technology, competent human capital, as well as good corporate governance best practices. This foundation has enabled Bank Bukopin to move forward and position itself as a credible bank. Bank Bukopin operation has been currently supported by more than 280 offices spreading in 22 provinces all over Indonesia under real time on-line connection. Bank Bukopin has also established micro-banking network namely Swamitra, with over 543 offices (outlets), as a realization of partnership program with cooperative unions and micro finance institutions.

STAFF DESAIN PRODUK DAN OPERASIONAL MIKRO

Responsible for formulating new products or development of existing products and develop operational systems (including IT, MIS, and details of Loan Administration). Micro Business Bukopin and perform the preparation of marketing strategies and collecting the appropriate strategy.
 
Qualifications:
  • Male/ Female
  • Minimum GPA of 2.7
  • S1 Statistics
  • Have min 3 years work experience primarily in the areas of product development/ retail

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of the database, and extract, analyze, and process data to meet the reporting needs of an entire division of Bukopin Micro Business.

Responsible routinely evaluate the need for Information Technology (IT) to ensure the procurement and planning processes in accordance with the needs of IT development division Micro Business unit.

Responsible for evaluation, performance appraisal, and improve the performance of human resources and outsourcing Bukopin Micro Business and Micro Business HR administration in order to support the operation of Micro Businesses.

  • S1 all majors
  • Having work experience as a staff in the field of banking performance management during min 4 years
General Requirements:

Responsible for procurement and maintenance of e-channel infrastructure, ensure the standardization of e-channels, as well as the expansion of distribution network for the optimization of products and services in achieving sales targets Micro and business income.

  • Having min 2 years working experience, preferably from the field of operations or development of technology-based networks.

Responsible in the procurement process of physical infrastructure outlet, a liaison with an outlet to accommodate input from the micro as well as coordinating with relevant parties to follow, and provide recommendations for the expansion of the potential location of outlets.

  • Having work experience in the field of banking law min 2 years
General Requirements:

Responsibility to develop, review, and update policies related to credit risk on the approval for the product runs, and the development / modification of new products in order to minimize the risks covered by Bukopin.

  • S1 Accounting/ Management
  • Having min 2 years working experience in banking risk management
