Electrical Supervisor - Jakarta

Responsibilities:
Supervises, plans and monitors all low and medium voltage electrical equipment reliability to prevent the power loss to electrical equipment, by carrying preventive and corrective actions. Also monitors well’s electrical control system, remotes and processes, on remote and process platform shut down system to separate gas, oil, water. Sometimes responsible for high voltage electrical equipment and maintenance.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of field electrical systems engineering in oil & gas industry
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from reputable University
Strong knowledge of SCADA, PLC, DCS, power distribution, motor control, gas engine power generation, communication protocols and wiring methods
Prior experience with sizing/selecting large motor control center (MCC) systems
Familiarity with process safety information, management of change work process, engineering work orders & turnaround planning
Proficiency in NEC Codes and API recommended design practices
Experience with IEC regulations is preferable
Good verbal, written, computer and organizational skill

HEAD OF GOVERNMENT & PUBLIC RELATIONS - Jakarta

Responsibilities:

Plans, arranges, organizes, and monitors relationship with related government bodies such as BPMIGAS and MIGAS, partners and other related third parties, including media.
Coordinates, reviews and control the yearly plan, budget including WP&B for Relations & Gov. Relations programs to be approved by BPMIGAS
Actively provides information regarding new development in the oil and gas industry and other relevant information from reliable media for both Management and BPMIGAS, and not limited to handling media if necessary.
Advises the management on the sponsorships or donations which would benefit the company

Requirements:

University Degree (S-1) in Enginering preferebly in any Social Science preferably in Management and Communication
Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry and have Management, KKKS operations, Government Regulations and General Public Relations knowledge
Good communication, diplomacy and political awareness
High initiative and able to initiate collaboration and partnership amongst KKKS
Proven Leadership Skill (team work, problem solving, communication skill, case handling)
High HSE awareness

Responsibilities:
Generating prospects, assessing reserves and risks. Closely monitor drilling operation and evaluate drilling result.

Requirements:

University Degree (S-1) in Geology
Min 5 years experience in exploration/development
Knowledge and skills in risk analysis, sedimentology, sequence stratigraphy and petroleum system analysis

Responsibilities:

To handle issues regarding Manpower Planning, Staffing and Organization Development Programs in providing the company with qualified and competent employees inclusive
Preparing annual manpower Plan (recruitment plan, promotion plan, rotation plan)
Update, implement and follow up the annual manpower plan
Update the organization structure and job description to match bussines needs
Give recomendation to line manager regarding manpower issues that related to manpower allocation, job distribution, etc

Requirements:

University Degree (S-1) in Psychology or Law with min GPA 2,80 scale 4,00
Experience of 1-2 years in a related field, especially in oil & gas industry is preferable
Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)
Computer Literacy : Microsoft office is required

Responsibilities:
Maintains material & receivable accounting activities including accrued liabilities to ensure that all transactions are recorded in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principle (GAAP) and in line with Company Policy and Procedures
