Jobs Opportunity for February 2012 at The Hill Villas (Nusa Dua - Bali)

We are currently requiring for some positions that have already been vacant for a while :


Chief Accountant
Principal Accountabilities:
 
Providing assistance for the group financial controller in implementing and maintaining an effectual financial operations system in the finance department; supervision of all internal controls and preparation of all reports; financial analysis; and month/year-end general ledgers.
  • Having knowledge of AR, GL, collection, credit control and taxation.
  • Control of cash flow and petty cash.
  • Excellent at budgeting and financial reporting.
Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in hospitality.
  • Able to work effectively to meet established goals and objectives.
  • Mature, hard-working, self-motivated team player.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

Sales and Marketing Manager
Principal Accountabilities:
  • To prepare and implement sales and marketing plans to maximise resort’s revenue and profit under the general guidance and supervision of the general manager.
  • Identify, seek and pursue any potential direct and non-direct clients.
  • Responsible for activating and executing PR activities that are in line with resort’s positioning.
Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality.
  • Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Human Resources Manager
Principal Accountabilities:
  • Providing support in various HR functions including recruitment, staffing, training and development.
  • To assist in providing advice and assistance to supervisors and staff, including information on training needs, job descriptions, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Recruiting rank and file staff - this includes preparing advertisements, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Conducting staff orientation programme for newly hired staff.
  • Interpreting and advising on employment legislation; dealing with grievances; and implementing disciplinary procedures, etc.
Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Able to multi-task and work independently.
  • Mature, results-oriented and highly adaptable. 

Resort Service Manager
Principal Accountabilities:
  • Responsible for guest service handling, including guest complaints and addressing guest needs.
  • Day-to-day overseeing of front office activities.
  • Overseeing house-keeping and maintenance of villas.
Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality.
  • Natural leadership qualities, and ability to communicate clearly and effectively (fluent in English).
  • Guest-oriented, proactive and ability to display good manners.
  • Front office and house-keeping background preferred.
