Plantation Assistant Manager/ Manager - Jakarta

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Have at least a minimal of 5 years of experience in rubber plantation.
Having good knowledge in rubber seeding and nursery.
Having good understanding in the fertilizing and harvesting of rubber plants.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries or equivalent. Job role in Agriculture/Plantation or Forestry.

Resources and reserves to locate and identify mineral and coal reserves
Able to analyze and surface structure, composition rock base, core sample and geological structure
Make fieldworks report progress continuously.

Requirements:
