ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE STAFF (A/R)
Requirements:
  • Female, Max 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting / Management.
  • Min. 2-3  years experience in the same position or in Finance / Accounting.
  • Strong analytical thinking and detail - oriented.
  • Excellent in both & interpersonal skill.
  • Able to work individually or as a team.
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office).
  • Fluent in English.

ACCOUNTING STAFF
Requirements:
  • Female, max 35 years old
  • Bachelor Degree with major in Accounting from reputable university
  • Min. 3-5 years experience in similar position
  • Good understand in tax, preparing budget and cashflow.
  • Able to make balance sheet and income statement.
  • Fluent in English, passive and active
  • Computer literate
  • Good analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Good personality, honest, and hardworker
  • Good leadership and able to work in underpressure.

SENIOR ARCHITECT OFFICER (Sr-ARS)
Requirements:
  • Male or Female, below 35 years old
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Architecture. Foreign University is advantage.
  • At least 8-10 years experience in commercial high rise building for offices, residential and hospitality.
  • Experience and understanding schematic design, design development, construction document, construction administration until application in project.
  • Expert in Autocad, MS Project and Corel Draw.
  • Be able to work to dead lines and in a team environment.
  • Good personality, hardworker, honest and team player.
  • Fluent in English, active communication in written and oral.

ADMINISTRATION STAFF
Requirements:
  • Female, Max 28 years old
  • Min. Diploma from reputable university
  • 1-2 years experience as marketing support
  • Has the ability to work under pressure & tight dateline
  • Strong in communication skill and analytical thinking
  • Computer Literate
  • Good personality, honest, hard worker, result-driven and detail-oriented

HRD & GA Manager

Requirements:
  • Male / Female , max. 40 years old
  • Bachelor degree or Master Degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management / Legal or equivalent from reputable university
  • Minimum 10 years working in HR Division or at least minimum 5 years as HR Manager or equivalent
  • Familiar with all HR policies and procedure.
  • Good knowledge in  HR aspects: Organization, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Selection, Training and developing ,etc
  • Familiar with UU No.13 Indonesia Manpower regulation.
  • Good understanding employment regulations and having experience in the areas of payroll, Jomsostek, Pph article 21
  • Analytical and Organizational skill, strong managerial and leadership skills.
  • Excellent administration, good in intrapersonal & interpersonal skills and working in the team.
  • Communicative, persuasive, mature, adaptable, and able to work underpressure situation.
  • Proficiency in English language (written & spoken)
  • Well conversant in operating computer (Ms Office)

MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE (MR)

Requirements:
  • Male or Female, age below 30 years old
  • Min. Diploma Degree in Marketing or Business Management
  • Have experience 3-5 years in marketing, in commercial leasing (office)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written, preferable can speak in hokkian and mandarin language
  • Good appearance, self motivated, creative, energetic, and ambitious toward goals and target
  • Capable of achievement sales target.

BUILDING PERMIT MANAGER
Requirements:
  • Male, max 40 years old
  • Min Bachelor degree in Law, Architect or Civil Engineering from reputable university
  • Have min 10 years experience in building permit such as IMB, blok plan, etc for highrise building (apartment, hotel or commercial building)
  • Good understanding about goverment regulation in building construction
  • Have good networking and relationship with goverment institution
  • Have good negotiation and communication skills
  • Energic, good personality and honest

STRUCTURE OFFICER
Requirements:
  • Male, max age 35 years old
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
  • At least 5 years working experience in related field
  • Must be have an experience in building structure for High Rise Residential and Commercial Buildings
  • Experience in coordination multiple consultants
  • Expert to using Autocad, Ms Project and Ms Ofiice.
  • Able to work well in a team environment and communicate in English
