Responsibilities:
  • Interpret budget directives and establish policies for carrying out directives.
  • Compile and analyze accounting records and other data to determine the financial resources required to implement a program.
  • Testify before examining and fund-granting authorities, clarifying and promoting the proposed budgets.
  • Analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls.
  • Direct the preparation of regular and special budget reports.

Staff Logistic & Transport - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare logistics and support plans, deployment timelines and budget requirements for planned or new operations;
  • Prepare logistics operations, including, material and personnel;
  • Coordinate transportation of logistics support to ongoing air or land operations;
  • Liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers;
  • Formulate Standard Operating Procedures;distribution, delivery
  • Responsible for coordinating transportation routes, vehicles used, number of drivers needed;
  • Prepare all necessary data entry and confirmation of key milestones (departure, arrival, customs clearance, PODs, etc.) as specified by Customer Standard Operating Procedures;

Staff Cost Controller - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Assures that assigned areas of responsibility are performed within budget; performs cost control activities; monitors revenues and expenditures in assigned area to assure sound fiscal control; prepares annual budget requests; assures effective and efficient use of budgeted funds, personnel, materials, facilities, and time.
  • To plan, lead, coordinate and report financial cost for large scale in every aspect from development and review of estimates to cash flow projection, invoice reviews and approvals, preparation and issue of cost reports, trends reports, risk assessment and forecasting.
  • Analyzes and interprets financial data and recommends changes to improve systems and financial performance
  • Must be able to prepare departmental budgets along with cost center distribution.

  • Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
  • Prepare reports and summarize data including sales report and book value.

  • Supervise work and activities of a staff of buyers in purchasing in all manners of the day-to-day operation of the Purchasing Division
  • Supervise administration of construction contracts throughout the duration of the contract and long-term contracts.
  • Develop new strategies and innovative acquisition plans; make recommendations, and assist with developing procurement policies and administrative procedures
