PT Indah Karya (Persero) is a state-owned consultant who started his business before World War II as a private company owned by the Dutch who named Ingenieurs Bureau Vrijburg (IBIV).
In 1961, PT Indah Karya was nationalized into PN Indah Karya as an state-owned enterprise. Since 1972 changed to PT Indah Karya (Persero) under the Ministry of Public Works. PT Indah Karya (Persero) is one of the State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) are engaged in the Construction and Management, was established on March 29th, 1961. The office location PT Indah Karya (Persero) based in Bandung with branch offices scattered throughout the territory of Indonesia.
PT Indah Karya (Persero) has two business units namely Indah Karya Register Certification Services (IKRCS) that engaged in the field of management certification, and 2 (two) units of Layanan Jasa Konstruksi (ELJEKA) which is a contractor. PT Indah Karya (Persero) was founded with the purpose of carrying out government programs in the field of national economic development efforts in Survey, Investigation, Planning Studies, Technical Planning/ Design and Access/ Supervision/ Management for the Construction/ the implementation of projects development, provision of personnel experts as well as activities and certification in Management consulting.
Besides carrying out the work of Government projects, PT Indah Karya (Persero) also compete for private project jobs. In the execution of the projects, PT Indah Karya (Persero) is always in cooperation with the system or associate subcon with the Company' s local and foreign consultants, both in its role as the lead firm or as an associate.

- Site Manager (S1)
- Site Engineer (S1)
- Pengawas Lapangan (S1)
- Estimator (S1)
- Adm. Proyek (S1/ D3)
- Surveyor (S1/ D3)
- Drafter (S1/ D3)
Requirements for job applicants:
- Male/ Female, minimum age is 25 years old
- Educational background in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering of Water Resources
- Work experience at least 5 years
- Mastering computer applications : MS Office, MS Project (for the sequence of work positions 1,2,3,4,5,6), AutoCad (for the sequence of work positions 6,7)
- Honest, hardworker, and able to communicate well
