Currently Altus Logistis Services Indonesia located on Menara Anugrah (Mega Kuningan, Jakarta) is seeking the potential candidates to be part of our team as :
Logistics Marketing Manager
General Objective of The Function:
Manage, set up, and control logistics operations and management in order to ensure all the process and execution run smoothly, effective cost with no work disruption.
Function Responsibilities:

- Ensure all Altus Logistics products are being sold aggressively in Indonesia.
- Manage and control total coordination within Logistics Department to achieve the Zero Non Conformance.
- Proactive in communication with Altus group globally and exclusive overseas agent regarding the sales & operations.
- Monitor and coordinate the approved vendors/sub-contractors.
- Ensure all market info is continuously updated.
- Customer relationship management.
- Be a proactive in providing proposals and ideas that support process improvement and saving for the business unit.
- Monitoring account receivable and payment for each customer together with finance department.
- Prepare Annual Budget of Logistics Department.
- Ensure annual target achieved as per set up budget.
- Participate in accident prevention activity and report if any accident exists.
- Comply with Quality, Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental current legislation and with other current requirements.
Requirement:
- Above 10 Years Experience in the same field
- S1 from any field
- Good command of English
- Computer literacy (Ms Project, Excel, Visio, Word)
- Technical Skill: Logistics Management

- Male / Female, candidates below the age of 30 years old
- S1 Degree majoring in Accounting
- Having min.3 years working experience in related position, preferably from shipping or freight forwarding company
- Computer literate and knowledge in Accounting
- Accurate, fast learner, able to work independently and even in a team
- Highly commitment & able to work under pressure
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
