- Experienced working in the field of at least 12 years (for the position of the sequence 2,4,5,6,8-21)
- Experienced working in the field of at least 12 years (for the position of the order of 22-24)
- Have the skills certificate (for the position of the sequence 1-21)
- Fluent in English both oral and written (for the position of the sequence 1-24)
- Mastering computer (Microsoft Excel or a special program) according to their field (for the position of the order of 1-24)
- Mastering the manufacture of the control program and project schedule (for the position of the sequence 14)
- Willing to be tested and interviewed in Jakarta
- Willing to be placed in all regions of Indonesia
