PLANNING ENGINEER II - Balikpapan
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Plan and control the jobs related to the service in order to respect the HSE policies, Code of Conduct and Standard operating Procedures (SOP).
- Perform project planning to establish proper project tasks definition & organization serving as a basis of performing-controlling the activities, and to confirm that it can be realistically developed to address commitments with project’s client.
- Perform project monitoring & control to keep the project team & ENG management updated on progress & deviations to ensure proper decision/actions can be taken to correct any problems.
- Supervise the planning activities of well connection & MRS to ensure the proper coordination between the departments, availability of integrated information & progress monitoring tools, good communication with client (FO & BD/DP), and that concerns affecting the planning are properly addressed.
- Perform project reporting to comply with the requirements of CR PJC.
- Gather and maintain construction & project parameters/data to establish a sound basis & improve accuracy of future planning estimate.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in engineering
- Required skills: extensive knowledge of project and construction in oil & gas industry, capability of conceptual & overview on whole business process and set-up its imp, capacity to support & motivate others and work cross functional, Leadership.
- Minimum 5 years experience in oil and gas industry especially experiences in project constructions management, planning and reporting

Contract Engineer - Balikpapan
Responsibilities:

- Organise and manages the pre qualification and CFT (Call for Tender) stages for all contracts and Purchase Order (PO).
- Negotiates terms, claims, change orders in liaison with Cost Control Engineer.
- Ensures smooth contract and administration
- Evaluate tender especially for commercial and contractual aspects.
- Prepare all contract required for operation phase
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Required skills: Strong knowledge in legal and assurance, Good negotiation and communication/pres.
- At least 3-5 years experience in contract administration/documentation, especially in oil and gas industry

Responsibilities:
- Ensure compatibility of all services procured with BP Migas and TOTAL Group procedures.
- Ensure the consistency of tender procedure with regard to auditability of the whole process.
- Ensure the minimum level of the number of discrepancies, mistakes and flaws related to contractual matters and tender procedures.
- Have exposure in method and study.
Requirements:

Safety Auditor - Balikpapan
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site audit as defined by SimOps audit
- Support and assist the sites/ entities in performing various safety inspections
- Evaluate contractors HSE Documentation for pre-qualification as organised by contract department
- Verify contractors, HSE implementation in their premises for pre-qualification as organised by contract department
- Ensure with sites/ entities/ contract responsible that identified deficiencies are corrected and general & specific HSE requirements are fulfilled by contractors during pre-mobilization & mobilization phases of contracts considered as Critical
- Evaluate contractor HSE Performance during contract period/ operation (OPS) which then provide necessary feedback/ recommendation as requested & organised by sites/ entities/ contract responsible
- Audit & Inspect TIs or contractors new premises/ facilities/ equipment which then provide necessary feedback/ recommendation as requested & organised by sites/ entities/ contract responsible
- Identify and review with sites/ entities/ contract responsible all hazards and their control measure during demoblization phase of contracts considered as Critical
- Attend HSE Committee Meeting as per agreed nomination of DSE RepresentativesSupport and assist the assigned champion in HSEMS Audit (12 DGEP Policy) improvement

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
- Required language: English
- At least 3 years experience in similar position, especially in oil and gas industry
