At the end of March 2007, DPR confirms UU No. 13/1992 revision which stressed that local governments and private investors are given the opportunity to organizing railway transport services in Indonesia.

On 14th August 2008, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) do the separation of the Jabotabek division become PT Kereta Api Commuter Jabotabek (KCJ) to manage the train commuters in the greater Jakarta area. For the year of 2008, the number of passengers exceeds 197 million.

Certified High School (SLTA/ equivalent) and NEM average must be at least 6.00
Max. age of applicants per January 31st, 2012 is 30 years old
Height/ Weight : Male, at least 160 cm (ideal weight), Female, at least 155 cm (ideal weight)
Never been involved in drugs or psychotropic
No tattoos and pierced
Passed in following New Employee Candidate Selection organized by the Recruit Committee of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) in the year of 2012.

General Application Requirements :

A copy of last diploma certificate that has been legalized
A copy of NEM certificate that has been legalized
Copy of Identity Card (KTP) that is still valid
Recent color photograph
Copy of Birth Certificate
Original Certificate of good conduct from the police (Surat Keterangan Kelakuan Baik) that is still valid
A statement would be placed in all areas of the company (including stamp Rp. 6000,-) and own hand written statement
Drug Free certificate from the police
Curriculum Vitae (CV), by including your working experience, up to this time
Certificate (skill/ vocational), with the highest level of education certificate when there
